This set consists of one measuring and one receiving device. It has a measuring range from 0°C to 300°C and a large LCD display with lighting that can be turned on and off. It features four sensors and preset core temperatures for beef, veal, pork, lamb, chicken and turkey. The target core temperatures are customisable. The preset cooking levels are rare, medium rare, medium and well done. It features an alarm and timer function with an acoustic signal. The set can be hung up or placed on a surface and has a magnet fitted on the back. The measurements can be switched between °C and °F. The cable is suitable for temperatures up to 380°C. The signal transmission is done by radio and has a range of up to 100 metres in visual contact. The device requires two 1.5V AAA batteries which are not included in delivery.
