This smoker is a cross between the well known traditional barbecue and a smoking oven. In the smoker barbecue, you can grill, roast, keep things warm, cook and bake. As the smoker is closed, fish and meat remain juicy because the moisture does not evaporate as quickly as with a conventional open barbecue. In addition, the barbecue is energy saving. A wood fire burns or the wood glows in the fire chamber. The resulting heat and the smoke are transported into the smoke chamber or the grill chamber. In the smoke chamber, you can prepare the following dishes in a characteristic and taste intensive manner: fish, meat, vegetables, pizza or even bread. The taste of the dishes can sometimes be determined by the wood selection. You can also use the chambers to keep dishes that are already finished warm. Because the air inlet and the smoke outlet are adjustable, you can create the ideal conditions. This product has two large grill chambers with grill grates and optimal working surfaces at the front. This barbecue is well suited to prepare meals for a larger number of guests. While the food is being prepared, the temperature can be precisely controlled using the built in thermometer. There is also additional storage space under the grill for an extra stock of wood.
